Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and conduct independent research on AI and machine learning algorithms applied to transportation engineering.
- Develop, validate, and deploy predictive models for traffic flow and accident risk analysis using large-scale datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into smart city projects and policy recommendations.
- Write and secure research grants, and publish peer-reviewed papers in top-tier international journals and conferences.
- Utilize simulation tools (e.g., VISSIM, SUMO) and programming languages (e.g., Python, C++) to test engineering scenarios.
- Mentor PhD students and junior researchers, providing technical guidance and support.
Kualifikasi
- PhD degree in Transportation Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, and Data Analytics.
- Proven track record of research in road safety analytics, traffic management, or intelligent transportation systems (ITS).
- Proficiency in programming (Python, MATLAB) and experience with traffic simulation software.
- Demonstrated ability to secure funding and publish in reputable academic venues.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
