Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety management systems aligned with MOM regulations
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and risk assessments for hazard identification
- Investigate workplace incidents and prepare detailed accident reports with corrective actions
- Deliver engaging safety training programs for employees and contractors
- Monitor compliance with safety standards and audit safety program effectiveness
- Coordinate emergency response drills and maintain safety documentation
- Liaise with regulatory bodies during inspections and ensure timely compliance
- Promote strong safety culture through visible leadership and communication campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
- WSH Officer certification from WSH Council Singapore
- Minimum 2 years' experience in construction safety coordination
- Proficiency in Singaporean safety regulations (Factories Act, WSH Act)
- Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and incident investigation
- Certified in first aid and emergency response procedures
- Excellent communication skills for training and stakeholder engagement
- Experience with safety management software (e.g., ISO 45001 systems)
