As a Safety Health Manager, you will act as the guardian of site safety, ensuring that all operations adhere to the strict requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) and the Green Book regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive Safety Health Plans (SHP) tailored to construction site requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Ensure strict compliance with Green Book requirements and Malaysian safety standards.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Organize and facilitate safety induction training and emergency response drills for all workers.
- Liaise with government authorities, including JKKP and DOSH, to ensure successful audits and licensing.
- Maintain accurate safety documentation, incident reports, and regulatory records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Occupational Safety, Occupational Health, Engineering, or a related field.
- Valid Green Book (SPM) certification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in safety management within the construction industry.
- Strong working knowledge of MS 1722 and other relevant safety standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Malaysian driving license.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
