Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and enforce company safety policies, procedures, and programs to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments on construction sites and office premises.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend preventive measures.
- Ensure full compliance with local government regulations, OSH standards, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to address safety concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and maintain safety equipment, ensuring all gear is in good working condition.
- Develop and deliver safety training sessions and toolbox talks for all employees and contractors.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering, or a related field.
- Valid Safety Officer License (DENR/DOLE) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of OSH standards, fire safety regulations, and emergency response procedures.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and resolve safety issues efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tagalog.
- Proficient in using safety management software and reporting tools.
