Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive sales experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in B2B technology solutions
- Deep knowledge of HVAC, building automation, or energy efficiency markets
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to travel within Singapore and across APAC region as required
