Tanggung Jawab
- Assemble, dismantle, and relocate scaffolding systems according to project specifications
- Inspect scaffolding components for structural integrity and safety compliance
- Interpret technical blueprints and engineering drawings for precise installations
- Ensure all scaffolding meets OSHA and local safety regulations
- Coordinate with construction teams to optimize scaffolding placement
- Perform routine maintenance on scaffolding equipment
- Document scaffolding activities and safety inspections
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of scaffolding experience in construction environments
- Valid scaffolding certification or equivalent technical training
- Strong understanding of scaffolding materials and structural principles
- Ability to work at heights in varying weather conditions
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and operate at elevated workspaces
- Knowledge of safety protocols for elevated work platforms
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
