Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical application support for RF and plasma systems to customers in semiconductor manufacturing environments.
- Perform detailed root cause analysis and troubleshooting to resolve equipment issues and enhance process efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and deliver tailored, high-performance solutions.
- Conduct on-site installation, commissioning, and training sessions to ensure customer satisfaction and proper equipment operation.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, application notes, and detailed case studies for internal and external use.
- Partner with cross-functional R&D and product teams to refine product specifications based on field feedback and market trends.
- Monitor system performance and provide ongoing technical advisory services to ensure long-term reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment, plasma processing, or RF applications.
- Strong theoretical knowledge of plasma physics, RF technology, and vacuum systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to travel to client sites for technical support, installation, and project execution.
- Experience with PLC programming, SCADA systems, or process control software is highly desirable.
