- Analyze complex business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed business requirements documentation and process flow diagrams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables

- Create and maintain project plans, tracking progress against milestones

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst in mining or heavy industry
- Expertise in process mapping, workflow optimization, and gap analysis
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and SQL
- Strong project management skills with Agile/Scrum certification
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven track record of delivering business transformation projects
