Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of mechanical systems including HVAC, chillers, CRAC units, and cooling towers.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and reliability of critical facilities.
- Respond to emergency situations and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system improvements and upgrades.
- Monitor and analyze facility performance metrics to identify areas for optimization.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities and system performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in critical facilities, data centers, or similar industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, power distribution, and cooling technologies.
- Certification in facility management or related field (e.g., CFM, CEM) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to work in shifts if required.
