Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and optimization of mechanical and cooling systems in multi-tenant data centers
- Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, CRAC/CDU units, and BMS systems
- Lead emergency response procedures for critical facility incidents and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design, test, and deploy infrastructure upgrades
- Monitor environmental parameters and system performance using SCADA and monitoring tools
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, ASHRAE guidelines, and local regulations
- Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and technical documentation
- Mentor junior technicians and foster a culture of operational excellence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in data center critical facilities management
- Advanced certification in HVAC systems (e.g., NATE, EPA 608) or data center operations (CDCP, CDCS)
- Expertise in CRAC/CDU, humidification systems, and precision cooling technologies
- Strong understanding of electrical power distribution, UPS systems, and generator operations
- Proven experience with BMS/SCADA systems and predictive maintenance tools
- Ability to work in 24/7 on-call environment and respond to emergencies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical systems
