- Lead product quality initiatives throughout the entire new product development lifecycle

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product development or engineering roles
- Proven expertise in quality engineering methodologies and standards (ISO, IATF)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in design validation and testing
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes or high-tech equipment
- Proficiency in CAD software and engineering simulation tools
