Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute front-end process engineering initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency and product yield.
- Analyze process data and equipment performance to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, equipment vendors, and cross-functional teams to drive continuous process improvements and technology transfer.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on advanced process control strategies and equipment optimization.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including standard operating procedures and control plans.
- Participate in global manufacturing engineering projects to standardize processes and share best practices across regions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in semiconductor front-end manufacturing, preferably in a similar role.
- Deep understanding of CMOS process flow, lithography, etch, deposition, and cleaning technologies.
- Strong knowledge of process simulation tools and statistical process control (SPC) methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex process and equipment issues under tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-tech environment and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
