Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high-quality financial consultants and agency partners.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to optimize hiring efficiency and reduce time-to-fill.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and industry networks to expand the talent pool.
- Collaborate with business units to identify skill gaps and design targeted talent acquisition plans.
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top employer in the insurance sector.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and competitive intelligence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or agency management within the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment and building diverse talent pipelines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment software tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Taleo, or similar).
- Knowledge of insurance products, agency distribution models, and regulatory compliance is highly desirable.
