Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process third-party direct claims from initial notification through to settlement
- Investigate claim circumstances, gather relevant information, and determine liability
- Assess claim validity, calculate damages, and recommend appropriate settlement amounts
- Communicate effectively with claimants, witnesses, medical professionals, and legal representatives
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations, company policies, and claim procedures
- Document claim details, decisions, and communications accurately and thoroughly
- Collaborate with internal teams including underwriting, legal, and finance departments
- Identify potential fraud indicators and escalate suspicious claims for investigation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance claims handling, with at least 2 years in third-party direct claims
- Strong knowledge of insurance principles, regulations, and claim settlement processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in claims management systems and relevant software applications
