Tanggung Jawab
- Provide strategic HR guidance to C-suite executives on talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies
- Lead complex organizational design initiatives and change management programs
- Drive performance management systems, succession planning, and leadership development frameworks
- Champion employee engagement initiatives and resolve escalated employee relations issues
- Develop and implement compensation/benefit programs aligned with market benchmarks
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven interventions
- Ensure HR compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 8 years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in senior HRBP role
- Proven track record advising executives in matrixed organizations
- Expertise in Malaysian labor regulations and employment practices
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) highly advantageous
- Exceptional communication and influencing abilities across all organizational levels
