Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offers
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and recruitment agencies
- Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Design and execute employee engagement programs to boost morale and retention
- Oversee HR operations, including employee records, benefits administration, and compliance
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Support organizational growth through strategic HR planning and talent development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR recruitment with a focus on digital/tech industry
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment software (e.g., ATS)
- Proven track record in sourcing and hiring high-quality candidates
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
