- Supervise and coordinate maintenance projects to ensure timely completion and quality standards
- Perform upgrades, repairs, and preventative maintenance on packaging machinery and equipment
- Implement proactive monitoring systems to detect equipment issues before downtime occurs
- Lead maintenance teams and contractors during complex repair operations
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company maintenance protocols
- Collaborate with production teams to align maintenance schedules with operational needs
- Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance resources efficiently
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing or packaging
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Certification in maintenance technology or trade qualification preferred
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues and implement solutions
- Experience leading maintenance teams or supervising contractors
- Familiarity with predictive maintenance techniques and CMMS systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and safety awareness
