  • Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with executive leadership to align HR strategies with overall business objectives and joint-venture governance.
  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent to meet organizational needs.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives to foster a supportive workplace culture.
  • Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee growth and organizational efficiency.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure full compliance with Malaysian labor laws, employment regulations, and internal company policies.
  • Training & Development: Lead the design and delivery of training programs to enhance workforce skills and competencies.
  • Workforce Planning: Analyze workforce trends and develop strategies to support business growth.

Kualifikasi

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR management, with a strong track record in senior leadership roles.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of Malaysian labor laws, employment regulations, and industrial relations.
  • Governance: Proven experience in managing HR operations within joint-venture structures.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on organizational development.
  • Tools: Proficiency in HRIS software and performance management systems.
