Tanggung Jawab

  • Act as a strategic business partner to Industrial leadership, providing actionable insights to drive organizational performance.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition and retention strategies tailored to the industrial sector.
  • Lead employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution, investigations, and the promotion of a positive workplace culture.
  • Design and execute performance management systems to align individual goals with company objectives.
  • Oversee organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning processes.
  • Ensure strict compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance workforce capability and career growth.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Industrial Psychology.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 4-5 years specifically in an HRBP or HR Manager role within the Industrial sector.
  • Strong understanding of industrial labor laws, safety regulations, and workforce dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in managing change initiatives and driving culture transformation.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and HR analytics tools.
