Halcyon Agri Corporation is seeking a visionary and execution-focused Senior Manager to spearhead our Group’s sustainability agenda. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sustainability strategies that align with our corporate goals and global environmental standards.
You will lead the integration of sustainable practices into our core operations, manage our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting frameworks, and drive initiatives that reduce our carbon footprint. The ideal candidate is technically competent and possesses the strategic foresight to navigate complex regulatory landscapes while engaging with internal stakeholders to foster a culture of sustainability across the organization.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute the Group’s long-term sustainability strategy and ESG roadmap.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of annual ESG reports and sustainability disclosures.
- Analyze and reduce the company's carbon footprint and environmental impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable agricultural and operational practices.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including government bodies, investors, and NGOs.
- Identify emerging sustainability trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
- Drive internal awareness campaigns and sustainability training programs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Agriculture, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sustainability management, ESG consulting, or corporate social responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of international sustainability frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other regional languages is a plus.
