- Develop and maintain comprehensive construction schedules for EPCC projects using industry-standard tools
- Coordinate multi-site resource allocation and logistics planning to optimize project timelines
- Analyze project progress, identify critical path delays, and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and site teams to integrate planning requirements
- Generate progress reports, forecasts, and variance analyses for stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards across all project phases
- Mentor junior planners and improve planning methodologies for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction planning for EPCC projects
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar scheduling software
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and industry best practices
- Proven ability to manage complex projects across multiple sites
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Singaporean or Singapore PR preferred with valid work permit
