Tanggung Jawab
- Lead quality assurance programs for semiconductor products throughout the product lifecycle
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies for reliability, functionality, and compliance
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues
- Implement statistical process control (SPC) methodologies and root cause analysis
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and lean manufacturing principles
- Manage supplier quality audits and certification processes
- Generate quality reports and metrics for executive leadership review
- Maintain compliance with industry standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in product quality engineering or semiconductor manufacturing
- Expertise in quality management systems (QMS) and quality tools (FMEA, PPAP, 8D)
- Strong statistical analysis skills with proficiency in Minitab or similar software
- Experience with APQP and PPAP processes in high-tech industries
- Certification in Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) or equivalent quality methodology
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with systematic approach to defect prevention
- Proven track record of implementing quality improvements in manufacturing environments
