- Lead end-to-end management of complex engineering projects from conception to delivery
- Oversee technical specifications, design validation, and operational execution

- Optimize project workflows using lean engineering principles

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in program/project management
- Proven expertise in high-precision engineering methodologies
- Strong technical background in mechanical/electrical engineering principles
- Certification in project management (PMP/Prince2) highly desirable
- Proficiency with CAD/CAM software and project management tools
