- Manage all cost-related aspects of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects
- Prepare tender documents and conduct thorough evaluations
- Monitor project costs and provide financial advice to stakeholders
- Handle electrical and structured cabling cost estimation with precision
- Prepare and analyze detailed cost reports and forecasts
- Manage contract administration and handle claims effectively
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure project alignment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP quantity surveying
- Professional certification in quantity surveying (e.g., RICS, PQS)
- Proven experience with electrical and structured cabling projects
- Strong knowledge of tender processes and contract management
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and analytical tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
