Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare comprehensive tender documents and cost estimates for electrical construction projects
- Analyze technical specifications and drawings to develop accurate bills of quantities
- Conduct site surveys and measurements to validate tender requirements
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and clients during tender negotiations
- Manage subcontractor quotations and payment certifications
- Prepare cost plans and financial reports for project stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in electrical construction quantity surveying
- Proven track record in tender preparation and cost estimation
- Proficiency in QS software (WinQS, CostX, or similar)
- RICS or IQS professional certification preferred
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Singaporean construction contracts and standards
