As a Senior Recruiter at Flexihire, you will play a critical role in shaping our workforce and helping our clients achieve their business goals through exceptional talent acquisition strategies.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various client accounts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified talent.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Manage recruitment metrics and reporting to track key performance indicators and optimize hiring processes.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and create effective job descriptions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and professional networks.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a professional services or agency environment.
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various disciplines and levels.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
