Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process across Indonesia and regional markets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various positions
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and talent availability
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide insights on talent acquisition strategies
- Collaborate with the team to improve recruitment processes and methodologies
- Represent the company at job fairs and industry networking events
- Maintain accurate candidate database and recruitment documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various industries
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
- Experience with regional recruitment markets is highly desirable
