- Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow the Technology Contract Staffing desk
- Identify, engage, and win new clients across the technology sector
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations
- Source, screen, and place qualified technology professionals in contract and temporary positions
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from client intake to candidate onboarding
- Drive recurring revenue through strategic account management and client retention
- Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team success
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in technology contracting or staffing
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and recruitment targets
- Strong network of contacts within the technology industry
