Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction activities to ensure project milestones are met efficiently
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, laborers, and material resources
- Enforce strict safety compliance and quality control standards
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and schedules
- Resolve on-site technical issues and logistical challenges proactively
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress evaluations

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on site supervision experience
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and construction blueprints
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian construction regulations and safety standards
- Certification in OSHA or equivalent safety management systems
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (MS Project, AutoCAD)
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution abilities
