Join M&J Supply Chain Services Sdn Bhd as a Senior Systems Engineer and lead our quality management excellence in Johor Bahru. This pivotal role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining ISO 9001 and QC080000 (IECQ QC080000) systems to ensure international compliance and operational efficiency. You will conduct comprehensive audits, streamline document control processes, and enforce RoHS/REACH environmental regulations while driving continuous improvement through CAPA initiatives. As a key liaison with China headquarters, you'll coordinate cross-border quality initiatives, develop training programs, and mentor teams to uphold rigorous industry standards. Ideal candidates will demonstrate expertise in quality systems engineering with a proven track record in manufacturing or electronics sectors. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 and QC080000 quality management systems
- Plan and execute internal/external quality audits with detailed reporting
- Manage document control lifecycle including procedures, work instructions, and records
- Ensure compliance with RoHS/REACH regulations for hazardous substances
- Develop and implement Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes
- Coordinate quality training programs and competency assessments
- Liaise with China HQ to align quality standards and resolve cross-border issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in quality systems engineering
- Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and QC080000 (IECQ) Auditor
- Expert knowledge of RoHS, REACH, and international environmental regulations
- Proficiency in CAPA methodologies and root cause analysis
- Strong documentation management experience with QMS software
- Excellent bilingual communication skills (English/Mandarin preferred)
