Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in talent acquisition with 3+ years in program management
- Proven experience managing global recruitment initiatives across 3+ geographies
- Expertise in ATS implementation and recruitment analytics tools
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in talent acquisition or program management (e.g., CTS, CIPD)
- Advanced knowledge of international employment regulations
- Experience with employer branding and candidate experience optimization
