Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies for Australian technical roles
- Source and attract qualified candidates through diverse channels including LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate capabilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS systems and ensure data compliance
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing strategies and improve hiring efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of technical recruitment experience with Australian market exposure
- Proven track record in sourcing candidates for software engineering, data science, and DevOps roles
- Expertise in technical interview methodologies and candidate assessment frameworks
- Strong understanding of Australian tech industry trends and talent landscape
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build relationships across cultures
