Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive test strategies for semiconductor products and systems
- Lead automation initiatives for test environments using industry-standard tools and frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and validation criteria
- Analyze test data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process optimization
- Develop and maintain test documentation, procedures, and quality standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in test methodologies and operational efficiency
- Manage test infrastructure lifecycle including calibration, maintenance, and upgrades
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in test operations, preferably within semiconductor or electronics industry
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Perl) and test automation frameworks
- Strong understanding of hardware testing methodologies, ATE systems, and measurement equipment
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git, SVN)
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills in complex technical environments
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-team collaboration and documentation
