Join Search Personnel as a Service Engineer specializing in marine navigation and communication systems. This critical role involves hands-on installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of advanced maritime technologies including GPS, radar, VHF, and AIS equipment. You'll ensure operational compliance with international maritime standards while delivering technical support to vessels across the West Region. Tanggung Jawab
- Install and commission marine navigation and communication systems (GPS, radar, VHF, AIS)
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic malfunctions using diagnostic tools
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of marine equipment
- Provide on-site technical support and emergency repairs
- Prepare detailed service reports and compliance documentation
- Train vessel crews on system operations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with vendors for parts procurement and system upgrades
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Marine Engineering, Electronics, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with marine navigation/communication systems
- Valid certifications in marine electronics (e.g., GMDSS, STCW)
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and technical schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
- Fluency in English with technical documentation abilities
