Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot mechanical equipment at client sites
- Provide technical support and demonstrations to potential clients
- Collaborate with sales team to prepare technical proposals and solutions
- Conduct equipment inspections and prepare maintenance reports
- Train clients on proper equipment usage and safety protocols
- Identify sales opportunities during service visits and coordinate with sales team
- Document service activities and maintain accurate customer records
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness to travel within Tuas and surrounding areas
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and components
- Customer-focused mindset with service-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid Singapore driving license (advantageous for field service)
