Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert technical support for PCBA inspection systems including AOI, X-ray, and automated optical inspection
- Conduct hands-on troubleshooting and repair of electronic manufacturing equipment
- Deliver comprehensive training to customers on inspection technologies and best practices
- Document technical procedures, solutions, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with R&D teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve system performance
- Perform calibration, maintenance, and optimization of inspection equipment
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality control protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years experience in PCBA inspection technologies or electronics manufacturing support
- Strong diagnostic skills with proficiency in oscilloscopes, multimeters, and circuit analysis
- Certification in IPC-A-610 or similar electronics assembly standards preferred
- Excellent communication abilities with experience in technical training and customer interaction
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical documentation
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
- Willingness to travel for on-site support and installations
