Eraya is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Site Acquisition Supervisor to lead our land and infrastructure acquisition efforts in the Jakarta Raya region. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing prime locations for our network expansion projects. You will act as the primary liaison between our technical teams and local stakeholders, ensuring that site acquisitions are completed efficiently, legally, and in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
As a Site Acquisition Supervisor, you will leverage your strong negotiation skills and business acumen to overcome challenges and close deals. You will manage the full lifecycle of site acquisition, from initial identification and feasibility studies to final agreements and handover to construction teams. We are looking for a leader who possesses a deep understanding of local regulations, a strong network in the community, and the ability to drive business development initiatives forward in a fast-paced environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead Site Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive site acquisition plans to support network expansion in the Jakarta Raya area.
- Negotiation & Deal Closing: Lead negotiations with landowners, local government officials, and community representatives to secure land and tower sites on favorable terms.
- Site Survey Coordination: Oversee and coordinate detailed site surveys to ensure technical feasibility and accurate data collection for engineering teams.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, residents, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure all site acquisition activities comply with local regulations, zoning laws, and company policies.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare, review, and manage all legal documents, contracts, and acquisition reports.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential site opportunities and assess competitive landscapes.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior acquisition staff, providing training on negotiation techniques and regulatory compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of working experience in Business Development, Site Acquisition, or Real Estate, preferably within the Telecommunications or Construction industry.
- Skills: Strong skills in Negotiating, Site Acquisition, Site Survey, and Networking are essential.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Problem Solving: Ability to resolve conflicts and navigate complex bureaucratic hurdles effectively.
- Driving License: Valid Indonesian driving license is required (SIM A) as frequent travel to site locations is necessary.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work flexible hours and travel extensively within the region.
- Integrity: High ethical standards and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
