Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure strict compliance with company rules, regulations, and departmental work arrangements
- Oversee electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs at project sites
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of electrical systems to ensure safety and functionality
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation including schematics, reports, and maintenance logs
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align electrical projects with operational timelines
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and industry best practices
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Proven experience as a Site Electrical Engineer in power generation/distribution
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and industry standards (e.g., PEC, NEC)
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Certification in electrical safety and maintenance procedures preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments
- Strong communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder reporting
