Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to engineering plans.
- Prepare and maintain accurate daily reports, including site progress, material usage, and labor allocation.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and government authorities.
- Ensure all engineering work complies with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Assist in the resolution of technical issues and site challenges as they arise.
- Manage and track project documentation and technical drawings.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and site management procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and undergo on-the-job training to enhance technical skills.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
