- Coordinate daily site operations with project managers and subcontractors
- Monitor construction progress and enforce quality control standards

- Manage material inventory and resource allocation efficiently
- Prepare progress reports and documentation for stakeholders
- Conduct site inspections and verify workmanship
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of site engineering experience in construction
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and materials
- Certification in OHS safety standards preferred
- Experience with project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid PRC license as a Civil Engineer
