Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with engineering plans and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain workflow efficiency
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to meet technical standards
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation including progress reports, as-built drawings, and safety logs
- Implement safety protocols and ensure adherence to OSHA and local construction regulations
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during construction phases
- Monitor project timelines and resource allocation to ensure on-budget delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site engineering or construction supervision
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality control procedures
- Relevant certification in construction safety (e.g., OSHA 30-hour)
- Experience with project management software and AutoCAD applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication and leadership abilities for team coordination
