Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and construction plans to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards
- Monitor construction progress and report any issues or delays to project management
- Ensure all construction work adheres to safety regulations and quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve any site-related issues
- Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation as required
- Assist in troubleshooting technical problems and implementing effective solutions
- Conduct regular inspections to verify that work is being performed according to specifications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Familiarity with engineering drawings, specifications, and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of safety regulations and quality control procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and engineering software
- Willingness to work on-site and travel to project locations as needed
