We are seeking a detail-oriented Site Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic construction team in Singapore River. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct precise site measurements and prepare accurate quantity take-offs for construction activities
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive site documentation, including daily reports and progress records
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to verify work quantities and quality standards
- Assist in preparing interim and final payment applications based on measured work
- Monitor site progress against project schedules and contractual obligations
- Collaborate with project managers to resolve technical discrepancies and ensure documentation alignment
- Support cost control initiatives by tracking material usage and labor productivity
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
- Proficiency in measurement techniques and quantity surveying software (e.g., CAD, Excel)
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, SMM standards, and payment procedures
- Excellent attention to detail with ability to maintain accurate records
- Effective communication skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work independently in outdoor site environments under pressure
