China Construction Yangtze River (Malaysia) is a leading international construction enterprise, and we are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Safety Supervisor to ensure the highest standards of safety and compliance across our projects in Kuala Lumpur, Johor, and Kedah.
We are looking for a safety professional who is passionate about protecting lives and assets. As a Site Safety Supervisor, you will play a critical role in our commitment to zero accidents by enforcing safety protocols and fostering a positive safety culture within the workforce.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and strictly enforce site safety regulations and company policies in accordance with OSHA and local laws.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
- Investigate accident reports and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective measures.
- Organize and deliver safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and inductions for all construction workers.
- Manage and maintain accurate safety documentation, including safety plans, permits, and incident logs.
- Liaise with project management, contractors, and regulatory bodies regarding safety compliance audits.
- Ensure all personal protective equipment (PPE) is used correctly and is available on site.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess a valid SSS Certificate (Yellow Book).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in the construction safety field.
- Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or Occupational Safety & Health.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian safety regulations and construction site practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure construction environment.
- Valid passport and employment pass (relevant to Malaysia).
