Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities to ensure project timelines are met
- Monitor site operations including labor, materials, and equipment utilization
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain OSHA-compliant working environments
- Inspect work quality and resolve technical issues during construction phases
- Manage subcontractors and vendor relationships effectively
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Implement sustainable construction practices and cost-control measures
Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site supervision roles
- Valid certification in construction safety (OSHA/NEBOSH preferred)
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical blueprints
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Procore)
