- Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site, ensuring both structural and architectural works meet quality standards
- Manage construction teams, assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion of project milestones
- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues
- Inspect construction materials and workmanship to ensure adherence to specifications
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress reports, and incident reports
- Prepare and submit required documentation for project approvals and inspections
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site supervision for building construction
- Strong knowledge of structural and architectural construction methods
- Experience with project management software and construction documentation
- Certification in construction safety management (OSHA, etc.) is preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
