- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential candidates and build talent pipelines for technical roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing tools, Boolean search strategies, and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) to find passive candidates.
- Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the technical requirements and cultural fit for the client.
- Manage and nurture candidate relationships, providing a positive and engaging experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and refine job specifications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sourcing activities and candidate interactions in the ATS.
- Contribute to the development and execution of recruitment marketing strategies to enhance the employer brand.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in technical sourcing, talent acquisition, or recruitment within the IT/Technology sector.
- Strong knowledge of the Singapore tech job market and current industry trends.
- Proficiency in using sourcing tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Relevant degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
- A passion for technology and continuous learning is highly valued.
