We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer (Civil) to oversee our infrastructure and facility development projects.
As a Senior Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and managing civil engineering projects related to our poultry operations. Your expertise will ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and structural integrity. In this role, you will manage construction timelines, coordinate with contractors, and ensure that all engineering specifications are adhered to on-site. You will also be responsible for conducting site inspections, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring compliance with local building codes and safety regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects for poultry facilities and infrastructure.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction progress, quality control, and adherence to safety standards.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and project reports using AutoCAD and other engineering software.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and government agencies to facilitate smooth project workflows.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and GAMA Foods' internal quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License is required.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in civil construction, project management, or facilities engineering.
- Proven experience in managing construction projects, specifically in the agricultural or industrial sector.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of local construction codes, safety regulations, and quality control processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
