You will serve as the bridge between our design teams and on-site operations, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver premium residential communities on schedule. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites in Magalang, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and government agencies to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high construction standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, OHS policies, and local building codes.
- Prepare and update progress reports, including material requirements and manpower planning.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and mitigate risks to prevent project delays.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management or construction supervision.
- Proven experience in residential real estate development projects.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, or other project management software.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license is an advantage.
