Tanggung Jawab

Kualifikasi

  • Min SMA/SMK graduate with 1+ years customer service experience
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
  • Ability to work under pressure with multitasking skills
  • Positive attitude with customer-first mindset
  • Available for flexible shifts (including weekends)
  • Residing in or near Sukabumi preferred
